We would like to inform the termination of sales and production for シャッフルカジノ テレグラムile measurement system for large FPD panel "NSPR Series" by the end of June, 2014.
This product has been manufactured by Ulvac with major parts supplied by Bruker Nano from United States. However, these major parts are no longer available due to the contract between Bruker Nano and Ulvac has been terminated. Altough, we will continue to provide service and support as we have been in the past.
